I would known what codec needs to be used with mencoder,
so I can try to fix problems (some stuff may need to be implemented
in the binary loader)

off course not all drivers are working, I need to check if the dialog
works in virtualdub on windows, I mainly made it because a user asked
me to use vp6vfw.dll.

Not so easy, each codec stores internal data differently, teorically
it's possible to understand the format, but the data is different for
each codec.
