They aren't 'user-specific' they are 'codec-specific'.  I.e. I would
expect that if you have the CoreAVC codec installed, you would have
these entries as well.  If you want to offer up another way to
accomplish the same thing, I'll be happy to go that way, but I was
trying not to reinvent the wheel.

There is no such thing for CoreAVC
