[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] localization of parser-m*cmd messages

the attached patch adds localization to error messages in parsing the
commandlines...
probably if something doesn't work, mplayer doesn't start, or so on, and
i don't know the english tongue, i'd like to know why, or not? ;-P

i didn't applied to svn because i don't know if there's a reason for not
to localize those messages... is it there or i can go on and commit???
