[MPlayer-dev-eng] MSGTR messages for vid/aid in non-verbose output?

Hi!

How about to add messages about found vid/aid numbers to standart 
(non-verbose) mplayer output? for examle:
"video stream detected, vid %d"
"audio stream detected, aid %d"
regardless to the container format.

IMO this won't hurt anyone, but will be very usefull, because there 
are a lot of AVIs with some streams (e.g. multilingual). It is 
very unconvenient to run mplayer every time with '-v' in order to 
see if movie have some tracks and to check out their numbers, 
because -v provides a lot of output during playback. Preffered 
language option (-alang) don't help, because a lot of movies 
doesn't contain language tags.

I can make appropriate patch, if this will be allowed.
