nothing to do with rtsp, it's a know bug with the native RV20 decoder
(in detail, the problem is how the extradata is passed to the codec). It
will be fixed soon in svn (there is a patch on this list to fix it),
meanwhile you can use -vc rv20win if you have the binary codec.
