Then I hope you have some plan so that everyone out there who has a
cvs checkout with some modifications in it will still be able to
cvs diff (so that they can export their modifications to a fresh svn
checkout).
Something like creating a cvs.mplayerhq.hu pointing to mphq1 and
keeping it running during some times (at least one month ?) after
the switch to svn.
