yes, utter nonsense... just wonderful, exactly what you'd expect from
the brilliant people at xiph.org! :)
thankfully the diff to fix this should essentially be a diff to remove
those comments and replace them with the correct license info.

don't think about removing tremor until lavc has an integer-only
decoder. :) presently tremor with 'low precision' (i.e. nonsense
audiophile pedantry disabled) is roughly twice as fast as lavc, if
memory serves.
