Hum... that's not MPlayer's problem. If make install don't copy
this header then you have to do it by hand. But that's not
an excuse to copy it in MPlayer.
Anyway, I guess most distro already include this file !
For example, it's part of ivtv-utils on debian and is installed in
/usr/include/linux/ivtv.h
