I have tested them on some HDTV material, for some doing even a dual
encoding (60fps->30fps pulldown ->24fps) which I'm not able to do in a
single encoding path so far. Everything so far seems to be perfectly in
sync, which wasn't before (typically approx. 100ms off, which should be
the result of 2 bframes).

Now cleaning up my experimental jitter patch.
