Thanks for testing. I've been letting this patch stagnate a while
because I wanted to get my earlier patch about instant-sync seeking in
demux_avi committed first -- it makes the operation of the various delay
options much nicer.

Since I messed up the commit of that other patch last time I haven't
threatened to apply the correct one; I was hoping somebody would give it
their blessing. Since nobody has responded, though, I guess I'll start
threatening again. If you have time, could you please test it, too?
