I can put it on my todo list for sure. However, I must tell you that
no-instant A/V correction on seeking for AVI files have never bothered
me (I wonder if I ever ran into such a file), therefore I'm afraid
I'll just be able to test your patch with the command line you gave in
your mail...

To put it in a nutshell, "delay compensated bframes and dwStart" fixes
a problem that bothered me for a while, whereas your other patch
doesn't fix any problem that I've encountered (I'm not saying that
it's useless, far from it).
