[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch to support Linux on MIPS/MIPS64

I'm trying to compile mplayer on an SGI O2 running Debian Linux. I'm
trying the latest download from the site, v1.0pre7try2. The configure
script does not recognise the architecture.

This is because uname -m returns `mips64' and not `mips'.

The configure script also does not support getting the CPU optimisation
details from /proc/cpuinfo, only hinv on IRIX. I attach a patch which
will fix both these issues and which I am currently using to compile
mplayer.
