[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] -endpos support in mplayer::4th try

adds option -endpos to mplayer
patch reworked to apply to latest cvs, corrected a bug in
time/size parsing function.
includes modifications to mplayer.1 man and externalization
of parse_end_at function and field, this last passage thanx to alban
bedel :-)

discuss and apply or tell me to apply it ;-P

<time> for dvd after apllication of this patch :-)
