Such hints would be a good idea elsewhere in MPlayer too, not just about
ARM...
Maybe "You're trying to play a zero-size file", or "This looks like a HTML file,
maybe you need a web browser" instead of current error message that says
failed to load avisynth32.dll, which of course leads the user on a hunt for that
file...
