Certainly. The patches are attached. The first patch
(mplayer.cc.patch) fixes closed captions, and the second patch
(mplayer.rollup.patch) makes some additional changes to make viewing
rollup captions easier.

The only behavior change (other than making -subcc work at all) is
that -subcc now takes a parameter. Setting it to 1 shows regular CC
data; to 2 shows XDS data; and to 3 shows both CC and XDS data.

As I only speak English, I was unable to fully document the change in
the non-English man pages, but I did patch them to tell them to use
'-subcc 1' for closed captions.
