I'm testing right now.  I just fixed a linking failure when internal
tremor was disabled.  Unfortunately our native Ogg demuxer depends on
libvorbis/tremor.  The libavformat demuxer is an alternative, but with
Theora video it displays artifacts after seeking and miscalculates the
file length...
