[MPlayer-dev-eng] not received answer

Hi,
couple days again I posted a message about a dlink camera that outputs 
h.263.
I have not received an answer on how to play it.
There are sample files uploaded (see below) can someone help me or point 
me where I
should be asking? I first asked users they suggested posting here.

How do I play this video with mplayer?
I have first tried asking the user list they suggested I post here.

THe camera or feed is a dlink dcs-5300g camera.
It is supposted to support h.263 but I cannot get it to play the video.
