Actually it displays "A-V delay: 100 ms". Anyway the term "audio delay"
can be modified by documentation changes; but that still leaves the
default keybindings (which are after all what this patch is about!).
It's not so "obvious" or consistent that you get to "100" by pressing
'-' and to "-100" by pressing '+', whatever the option name and
explanation for its direction.
