 We don't talk about coffee yet... See i find it inconvienient that i have
to go to kitchen to make myself a coffee now since i drink coffee always
while watching movies wouldn't it be nice if mplayer did it for me too? ;o)
 This is a joke of course but can you spot similarity? Mplayer is player
period. It's not tool that is supposed to fix broken movies, broken
subtitles etc.
 Things that are best for everything are best for nothing. If you think
there is a need for a tool that will help fix subtitles than go ahaed and
write it. Don't want to code separate player for your own purpose. Great!
Use mplayer in slave mode (i think that there already is some java (?) app
that does just this)
