[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] twolame encoder

Hi,
this patch adds to mencoder a module to encode audio using libtwolame.
Twolame (twolame.sf.net) is a fork of Toolame (that seems to be totally 
dead and even unavailable);
it uses an incompatible API (that vaguely resembles lame) and currently 
it's the only active
branch of the project, so I believe it's worth our support.

If no one objects I will commit the patch tomorrow.
