There is a Real codec package for Mac OS X, see
http://www1.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/design7/codecs.html , the direct link
for the package is
http://www1.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/rp9codecs-macosx-20041107.pkg.zip

It comes with an installer iirc, i have no idea about the path it
install itself into.
