There isn't an OS X codec pack for it, and it disables mplayer's Real 
deocder completely if it doesn't find one of the versions of Real it's 
expecting, or an already-made codecs directory.

I'm thinking of making another patch that would automatically find the 
current path to the RealPlayer application on OS X now, though.
