Yes, i know that FLTK is C++ but it is compatible with 99% of existing platforms. It is light (and this respect the original mplayer faith) and many projects are moving from GTK to FLTK. We love the command version but if we want that mplayer can migrate on more platforms we need a portable GUI. Just my tought. :) Bye, Andrea Palmatè
