If you interrupt pass=2, you'll have a hosed divx2pass.log file, and
can't run the second-pass again without running another 1st pass to
re-create the divx2pass.log file.

The proposed solution is to have multiple output files, though that will
be one more (at least) useless file left to be deleted manually, and
require an additional bit of knowledge for people using the -passlogfile
option, or they will accidentally hose the log file with the current
usage...
