If you re./configure. I'm thinking of adding regeneration of help_mp.h
to Makefile, just for ease of people who don't run configure every time.
MPlayer works fine without recompiling every thing, so I think it's OK
I'll probably make it dependent on help/*.h, but I have yet to solve how
to know what language to use.
Any comments/suggestions before I start work?
