[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix byte order detection for cross-compilation

The current check for the byte order does not work for cross compilation.
Attached patch tries to fix this by grepping the binary instead of executing 
it. Please comment and test on bigendian (I only tested on parisc and x86 so 
far)
