Hi,
  I use OSS as my audio output driver? My platform is Motorola MX1 ADS
the BSP ver is 0.3.8.
  I think  perhaps it is a bug of OSS driver in the BSP 0.3.8, but I can player the same AVI file normally 
on QTopia 1.7.
