[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix fullscreen -> window switching for broken(?) wms

Hi.
Now, when changing from fs->win on Window Maker (with ewmh patches),
mplayer not resizes window back to original movie size.
Looks like WM dont keep size/position of window when changing to
"fullscreen" state. This patch brings back "internal" saving/restoring
of size/position for ewmh compliant wms. I hope that it is harmless
for "correct" ewmh wms...

(And yes, i will contact WM developers asking for fixing that problem
too =)
