Rejected.
Some/many EWMH WMs had problems with that. That's why it was added.
And these are not the only problems with EWMH, but anyway.

I rewrote whole fullscreen stuff inspired by an attempt from Fabian Franz.
It is almost ready and I will set it too the list soon, a few things
are still missing like GUI integration. The new fullscreen allows then
two methods and solves this way problems with WMs that have strange
EWMH implementation. But more to that when I post the patch.
