[MPlayer-dev-eng] mga_vid port to 2.6.x

Moin,

I just want to let you know that i didnt forget my promise to get
mga_vid working with linux 2.6. But unfortunately i cannot get 2.6
working correctly on this box. When i fix one issue the next arrises,
dunno what i do wrong. And not having a internet connection at home isnt
helping either.

As i have only one month left here in Japan, i will pospone this until
i'm back in Switzerland.
