Also, I forgot to say, there are a few files that use /** style comments but 
bear no relation to doxygen. The vo_sdl comments are a bordeline case IMHO. 
(no \brief \param \return, but they do describe them all in a different 
way). Some others though, are definitely not doxygen comments. I guess we 
(or I? :) ) should change those to not using /** or /// anymore.
