[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] software dts decoding

Hi,

This patch add software dts decoding using libdts
( http://www.videolan.org/dtsdec.html ). It require the very
latest libavcodec cvs. I've only tested it with dts track
of a vob file.
