[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] xvid4 additions

Hi,
this  patch implements Display aspect and autoaspect correction for 
xvid4. The code was copied from ve_lavc and libavcodec.

Also added:
- restored chroma_opt flag
- part of  Edouard's previous patch, except the code  that initializes 
to 1 variables of type _FLAG
- corresponding man  patch included

Edouard, if you tell me which features you prefer set by default and 
which not I'll prepare another patch
to add the corresponding no_param flags (cvs policy forbids the removal 
of params).
