[MPlayer-dev-eng] TOOLS : a new shell script to rip DVD and encode DIVX

There is no support for subtitle ripping in 
dvd2divxscript.pl.
But if you mean to use TOOLS/subrip.c (with gocr processing) 
I think it's a good idee and I will work for it.
