[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] oa_pcm error check on writing

Hi,

Given that discussion on my previous proposals died out, could I initially propose this minor patch.  It enables mplayer to exit 
gracefully when used as an audio dumping application into a pipe which has died.
