Nope.  Only full sentences have periods at the end.  I'm open to these
kinds of changes, but in this case that part of the man page has
already been reviewed and the punctuation is intended.

Anyway, this is completely unrelated to your patch about changing
playback speed and should thus not be included in it.  If you want to
see this changed, send a separate patch
