[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] tivo vstream with DOCS

Hello,

This is an updated patch from source at tivo-mplayer.sf.net.  It adds
vstream support, allowing streaming from a tivo with tivo:// URL.
Your tivo must also be running the vstream server.

I diff'd the tivo-mplayer source and removed cosmetic changes.  I also
added to the english xml DOCS, and all man pages except chinese.  Diego
and Torinthiel's suggestions have been taken into account since my last
try as well.

Cosmetic changes from the original tivo-mplayer folks have been removed,
a bit of cygwin code crippling the stream to 2GB was removed, much cruft
has been removed, and better configure checking has been added.

My only concern is that someone please test this patch on darwin.

Are there any other suggestions or comments?  May I commit this soon?
