[MPlayer-dev-eng] multiple display device

Hi, I received a new feature request for my quartz module. It is
support for multiple head in full-screen. Look like apple user love 
dual head display.
Anyway I was wondering if this was already implemented for other output
module and if not how should i do it.

I was thinking of something like a command line option to "-vo 
quartz:display=id"
and a key binding to cycle trough available display.

let me now what you think.
