[MPlayer-dev-eng] Obsoleted parts / cleanup

There was such a problem in the C demuxer which has been fixed about two
months (or even more, it was back when pre4 was first announced
IIRC). So if it's still broken then please upload a small sample :)

At the moment there's no channel mapping stuff in Matroska so mplayer
cannot honor it.
