Hi,

applied only the first part, becouse the others depend on flags defined
later (eg, $_march, $_mcpu, $_altivec, $_dvdread, ...)

the user provided CFLAGS will be included in cc_check(), the CFLAGS
optionally
set by the configure script itself, not
