[MPlayer-dev-eng] ASFseeking bug

The second or third seek on a -dumpstream asf file segfaults; easy to 
reproduce:

mplayer -dumpstream -dumpfile t.asf \
http://STREAM.SERVSTREAM.COM/ViewWeb/BBCRadio_music/Event/BBCRadio7.asx

wait a few minutes for some file to build up, then:

mplayer t.asf

seek forward a few times and watch the segfault.
Sometimes it complains there are more than 4096 audio packets in the buffer

This is with 0.90r5 on redhat with gcc 3.2 and the latest libc etc

Adding -forceidx to the dumpstream instance doesn't help any.
