[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] remove outdated openbox workaround

I can't comment about the patch, since i don't know that code, but i can
confirm that NET_WM_STATE_FULLSCREEN in openbox is now working as it
works in e.g. metacity, meaning it automatically makes the window cover
the whole screen.
