Yes, please send a patch (to me or the list) that updates the man
page.  Just take the text you added to vop.txt and add it.  It would
be really appreciated.

Wait, I just had a look, don't bother.  Just tell me if the following
text does not distort the meaning of what you wrote in vop.txt:

-vop denoise3d=[luma:chroma:time]
    luma	spatial luma strength (default = 4)
    chroma	spatial chroma strength (default = 3)
    time	temporal strength (default = 6)
    This filter aims to reduce image noise producing smooth images and
    making still images really still (This should enhance compressibility.).
    Can be given from 0 to 3 parameters. Missing parameters will be
    infered using  the given parameters as "scale factor".

If it does not, I think it is easier to understand.
