Also, what are the plans for
- polish html documentation translation? seems to be very outdated
- hungarian manpage translation?  it exists but looks like very old
- translating manpage for Chinese, Italian ? it's very important part of
  docs, since most options, features are documented _only_ there.
- moving the rest of translatable error/warning/info messages from
  source to help_mp-en.h ?
- updating help_mp-XX.h translations?
