[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH]better eliminate {} in ssa subtitle

Hi,

I've made a better version of the patch. now {} will be eliminated only when 
{\ appeared together and a } was found. I think it's safe enough, since may 
be in some encoding some ascii char can be half of the language's char. but 
when two ascii char appeared together, they should not be some part other 
chars.
