[MPlayer-dev-eng] [OT] MPHQ server maintainence, upgrade

It would be better to go to MPHQ server itself, and tatoo it fingerprint
on your hand. Also make sure that this is the real server (checking MAC,
spoiling 10l cola in it /CVS not the MB/, etc...)
