[MPlayer-dev-eng] FFMPEG motion-JPEG support (of JPEG/RTP streams) has broken

FYI, sometime in the last few months the "ffmpeg" library stopped being
able to play motion-JPEG streams (coming over a RTP stream). This worked
OK a few months ago, so something has broken since then.

If anyone out there is familiar with the FFMPEG motion-JPEG implementation,
and has MPlayer with "LIVE.COM Streaming Media" support built in (see
<http://www.live.com/mplayer/>), then could you please try viewing

(This is a working motion-JPEG/RTP stream. For some reason, MPlayer+FFMPEG
no longer plays it.)

	Ross.
