I think people have more enjoyable things to do at that heat, eg. making 
holidays, going swimming etc. and I wouldn't blame them for it, it's just an 
development pause for good reasongs doesn't mean the project is dead.

If I wouldn't have to do commercial programming after work aswell, as I'm 
bound by a contract I would not touch the computer at all at the moment.
Besides you can't concentrate in the heat anyways, which makes things worse :(
