[MPlayer-dev-eng] sami subtitle problem

Hi,
I found mplayer cannot play a sami subtitle file because it has no <p> tag, 
and mplayer will crash when trying to load it. I don't know the standard of
sami format. I just made a workaround, here is a patch.
