No I haven't. I looked into IBMs paper on this and when I read it it
was quite sufficient for me because I was just wanting to lern a bit
about that process. I will search the web if it turns out that a rewrite
is actually needed. I have heared many pros and cons about rewriting it
right now and I am new to all this but eager to learn. But there are
so many things I want to do, so spending a lot (I guess really a lot
because it is new to me) of time for something that is shortly later
replaced by a new library would be ... hm how should I put it... but
you surely know what I mean...
Anyway, if it is needed I would be glad to donate a new divx4_vbr.c
